10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Friday, July 24th

CHECK OUT

The final checkout time is 8:00 PM on Sunday, July 26. Your RV must be moved out of the site no later than this time.

RV CAMPING ACCESS

All RV’s will be provided with a maximum of 8 RV camping bracelets to be distributed as you’d like. No additional bracelets beyond this will be provided. RV camping wristbands allow entry to campsites only.

PARKING

RV's will be pulled into sites on a first come, first serve basis.

One vehicle is permitted to park on the RV lot with your camper - others must park in the public parking area. Lots are approximately 22ft x 40ft ; vehicles parking with RV’s must be able to fit within this area or they will be asked to park in an overflow area.

DURING THE EVENT

You are not permitted to pull your RV in and out during the event. If you remove your RV from the site during the event, you will not be permitted to bring it back in.

ADDITIONAL CAMPING INFORMATION

One person (aged 19+) has to purchase an RV ticket to be able to reserve a space. Each campsite includes 2 weekend event passes to the rodeo. Additional rodeo event passes must be purchased.
A maximum of 8 individuals are allowed on one site. The information of all individuals staying at your site will be requested upon arrival. All individuals must stay in the RV/Camper at night, there is no tent camping allowed. Only those with designated RV bracelets are permitted to be in the RV area - these must be worn at all times.
Quiet hours will be from 1:00AM – 7:00AM.
Pets are allowed only in the RV area - They must be on leash at all times. Animals are not allowed within the arena/concert/vendor areas unless they are a designated service animal - please clean up after your pets
Campfires will not be permitted at the sites. This includes propane fire tables. Propane appliances are only permitted for cooking purposes.
No services will be provided at this location. Camping RVs must be self-reliant. What comes in, must leave with you.
Please deposit any litter and recyclables in their appropriate containers which will be provided.
Motorcycles, bicycles, golf carts or all-terrain vehicles are not to be driven on the camping or event area.
Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times
All types of fireworks are strictly prohibited
You are permitted with outside food, beverages and alcohol in your RV site. No food, beverages or alcohol may be taken from your RV Site into the event area under any circumstance.
The festival committee or campground operators will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. Please take care to safeguard your valuables.
The festival committee and/or the campground operators have the right to evict, without prior notice, anyone who creates a disturbance or nuisance or deliberately breaks any of the above rules. No refunds will be made in the event of such an eviction.
Camping Rules & Regulations MUST be signed in order to be permitted into campground.
