The Kingsville Pro Rodeo committee invites you to participate in a weekend of great rodeo competition and family fun. The Kingsville Pro Rodeo gives rodeo fans and families an opportunity to see the best cowboys and cowgirls from across Canada and the United States, performing on all 3 days in the arena. There will be many other onsite attractions for our attendees, and it promises to be an action-packed weekend. Our aim is to make the weekend prosperous and enjoyable for you.
2025 Vendor Fees:
Food Vendor Space $400 +hst (vendor selling food items)
additional space: $100/10ft frontage)
Commercial Vendor Space $200 +hst (vendor selling non-food items)
additional space: $75/10ft frontage)
Promotional Vendor Space $100 +hst (vendor giving out promotional items or information)
additional space: $50/10ft frontage)
*Water add on: $100
NO Hydro will be supplied.
Booth sizes are 10x10ft. Booth fee covers the space only. Please note that all display racks, cabinets, tables, chairs, storage, tents, canopies, awnings, pegs, poles, coolers, and platforms must be confined within the booth space. Please request the correct amount of booth space you will require.
Mandatory Hours of Operation:
By registering as a vendor, you are accepting that you will be open, at minimum, during these times:
Friday, July 25 4:00pm-9:30pm
Saturday, July 26 4:00pm-9:30pm
Sunday, July 27 12:00pm-5:30pm
Load In/Load Out
Vendor space and positioning on rodeo grounds is granted at the discretion of the Kingsville Pro Rodeo. All merchandise must be sold from within booth space(s) as wandering of grounds for the purpose of selling merchandise is not permitted at any time. Set up date/time will be assigned based on layout and given at a later date.
Vendors must be set up and ready by 3:00pm Friday July 25. No load outs until completion of the Sunday Rodeo performance.
Requirements:
All vendors will assume full and total responsibility for their own health and safety which includes but not limited to personal belongings, all possessions and all materials pertaining to them and associated to them.
Vendors will be notified once they have been accepted on/before March 1, 2025. A 50% deposit will be necessary to reserve your space.
